Naval Admiral William H. McRaven returned to his alma mater last week and spoke to the graduates with lessons he learned from his basic SEAL training. Here’s his amazing Commencement Address at University of Texas at Austin 2014.

On February 4th, CAN-DO’s South East Division returned to Alabama to aid survivors of January’s tornados. Supplies where delivered and distributed with the help of survivor and resident, David Miller. David has set up a distribution center out of his home and has been tending to the needs of the survivors affected by the 2011 and 2012 tornados -If you would like to help out the residents of Prat City, AL – you can send items, i.e., clothes, canned goods, gift cards etc to:

SO proud of our Folsom, LA Crew – Today they dropped off 300 new toys to David Miller in Pratt City Alabama. This Christmas, these toys will go those families affected by this year tornados. We are making AMAZING progress!! Tomorrow is a BIG day…we start drilling for water… also, we hope to finish the interior and exterior, the bathrooms, showers, security walls, elect and start painting, the kids room, kitchen, backside exterior, fan(s) installation and the garden…. and as always we will have activities for the kids throughout the day.
